It can be bad when you download a website and it gives you a virus instead, and you really needed to have ur computer for business or something. It can be good when you have to order things off the net, like when you need to order parts foe ur dirtbike or ur truck. It can be fun when it is a rainy day and you have nothing to do and you can play games on it.

It can be bad when you have a Facebook or Myspace and you have a teenage daughter that has one and a weird old man stalks her and wants to know where she lives. It can be good when you have E-bay and you see a tricked out Kawasaki dirtbike with a ton of aftermarket parts on it. It can be bad when you have a laptop and you drop and you are out about 900 dollars.
